Mid Life crisis

This is more fitting to set of people who are in their early 30's and have achieved goals of middle-middle class.There are three segments in middle class -upper middle, Middle middle and lower middle class. I realized this when i recently went to my home town on annual leave. I met one of my self proclaimed mid life crisis guru who has done research on this subject.His biggest moto is to make people aware that they are going through this crisis and make their life miserable. As they say, realization is disturbing and ignorance is bliss. My friend doesnot want people to live ignorant and peaceful. He is a predator on prawl to strike as many as he can.
Now the symptoms;courtsey guruji,
Are you in 10-15 years of professional life and have decent salary , got one or two, two or three BHK flat and are constantly grinded under life travesty and monotonous routine. You are frustrated with your current job and think you deserve better than this or want to be in different job.Your boss is Hari Sadu. If answer is "Yes" to 70% of above questions then you sure are victim of mid life crisis.
Now the solution, from a group of infected people and spread the virus. This gives you satisfaction that you have make someone else life same as yours i.e miserable.Have satsang style pravachan among the group and keep adding members. You will realize that world has missed an Ambani or a Tata just becuase of your 2-5 job and 5-8 house job.You will devise plan along with budding group of ambanis.What i realized it was a wild hunt and forced compulsion. Neither are these budding ambanis having prospensity for business neither talent but thats keep thing kicking. After a well planned and reviewed plan comes biggest hitch - Execution and who will take the plunge meaning who will leave the job and start a start up now with that comes the whole thing dashing down like a pack of card and a forgone conclusion that plan was not executionable. This starts another pondering of business idea and another plan but the problem still remains same who will execute those plans.
